Overview

All Galaxy Epop artworks, including Art Prints and Fine Art pieces, are produced on demand or as limited editions, and carefully prepared for each order.

Because of the nature of our artworks, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

That said, we fully stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and integrity of every piece we ship.


30-Day Quality Guarantee

We offer a 30-day quality guarantee from the date of delivery for both Art Prints and Fine Art artworks.

If your artwork:

  • arrives damaged
  • presents a production, printing, or material defect
  • does not match the quality described on our website

we will, at no additional cost:

  • offer a replacement, or
  • issue a full refund

Production & Shipping Notes

  • Art Prints are produced and shipped from our professional printing partners.
  • Fine Art artworks are hand-finished and quality-checked by the artist, then shipped directly from our studio in North Carolina, USA.

Each artwork is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.


How to Request Support

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue (including packaging if damage occurred)

Once the issue is verified, we will promptly process the replacement or refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order and limited-edition nature of our artworks, we cannot accept returns for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • personal taste after delivery

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
